– He went to murder the spirit of intimidation and cowardice which have been in long term concubines in the spirit of Cameroonians… that spirit of « let it go…thats how it is you cant do anything about it…don’t invite trouble ». No amount of money could buy those rights and 2 days broadcast time on national TV to pass across such grievous messages to the nation and to the world. Prof Kamto didn’t go to win the sympathy of the CC. He is one of the best international lawyers Cameroon has ever produced. He’s been an old broom long enough to know the legal system and all its corners.
He didn’t go to win a case. He went to build a foundation and left the choice to Cameroonians to build on it whatever they want for their own future. You think he didn’t win his case? Borrow the mind of a scriptwriter it will all make sense to you. If you reason out a man like that in a straight line, you will miss the point big time. My president would have come out to claim ignorance of all these and blame his overzealous bamboys for acting out atrocities in the field without his knowledge…apologize to the nation and request a revote. That is how you steal the place of the victim and win the show. They were not showing evidence and telling stories to the CC. They were showing to the world. And if the sages cancel all claims as unfounded, honey… Kamto won something more which only time will tell.
