HARD TALK With Christian Cardinal Tumi , Arch Bishop Emeritus of Douala Contrary to reports from human rights organizations , the Arch Bishop Emeritus of Douala says that the security situation of the North West and South West regions in improving steadily. While condemning separatist fighters for their intolerance, he has challenged IDPs and refugees to return home. He has advised the Government to hinge the Reconstruction and Development plan of the Head of State on communal development. The vocal prelate has also announced concrete reforms on the Anglophone General Conference which he believes has gained more credibility now than before.
