We are honored to introduce Ms. Ngum Suh as a Leadership Speaker at the 2018 CPS Distinguished Annual Conference in Atlanta, GA.

Ngum Suh, is the founder and CEO of NLS Consultants(NLSC), a full-service business & brand management services agency focused on management services for athletes, artists, entertainers and corporate clientele.

Ms. Suh has a marquee list of clients including Golden Tate and Ziggy Ansah of the Detroit Lions, and Green Bay Packer’s Muhammad Wilkerson. Ndamukong Suh, her brother and All-Pro nose guard for the Los Angeles Rams is by far her most prized client. NLSC has represented Ndamukong Suh in his contract negotiations, orchestrated several national endorsement deals on his behalf, launched his charity foundation and continuously serves as the management arm of all his business interests. As ESPN put it, Ngum is the quarterback of all facets of “Team Suh.”

Prior to launching NLSC, Ms. Suh pursued an international soccer and fitness career highlighted by being a starter for the Portland Reign and representing Cameroon’s National Women’s Football Team in the 2008 African Cup of Nations. After traveling the world as a professional athlete & model, she continued to build her wellness training, writing fitness programs for over 50 clients per month.

In 2014, Ngum was retained by Jay-Z’s Roc Nation where she created and developed the agency’s Brand Activation department. At Roc Nation, she ran high level activations for events like the Jay-Z & Beyoncé – On The Run Tour, the Made In America Festival, and completely restructured the Roc Nation sports and music division contract delivery model.

Ms. Suh is also the founder of The Plutocrats, an assembly of African-American women who take a vested interest in their financial well-being and advancement. In its three years of existence, The Plutocrats has grown to a village of over 3,000 women. This dynamic group of women share tips and educate each other on generational wealth management and accumulation. Part of the growth platform of The Plutocrats includes attending Warren Buffet’s annual Berkshire Hathaway shareholder meeting.

She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Biological Sciences and Clinical Exercise Physiology from Mississippi State University.

Ngum has cultivated a skillset in brand management and experiential marketing that helps sports and entertainment’s finest celebrities establish themselves as leaders, philanthropists, and business professionals in their respective communities.
